MyLocalCircles.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.mylocalcircles.com   (the “Site”) and Mylocalcircles (the "App") also referred to as the "Services". This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is designed to inform you about the type of information that we may gather or collect from you in connection with your use of these Services.  It also explains the conditions under which we use and disclose that information, and your rights in relation to that information.  .

The Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

By submitting a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Infringement Notification, Counter Notice or other communication (including communications about content stored on or transmitted through this Site), you consent to have this communication forwarded to the person or entity who stored or transmitted the content addressed by your communications in order to facilitate a prompt resolution.  For notices other than DMCA Infringement Notifications and Counter Notices, upon request, we will edit out your name and contact information.  However, DMCA Infringement Notifications and Counter Notices (including any Personally-Identifiable Information set forth in the notifications) will be forwarded as submitted to us without any deletions.

From time to time, we may also ask you to participate in surveys for our general business and marketing purposes.  Any Personally-Identifying Information provided to us in connection with a survey will be used only in relation to that survey, and will be disclosed to third parties not bound by this Privacy Policy only in non-personally-identifying, aggregated form.  

 

(iii) Contests, Giveaways and other Promotions.

We may make an email service available to you whereby you may tell a friend or contact list about this Site or any of the features, materials or postings on the Site, in which case we will ask you for your name and email address, and your friend’s (or each contact list person’s) name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend or each contact list person a one-time email from your email address with a link to the Site. If your friend or contact list person replies to this email, the response will be sent to your email address.  We store your friend’s name and your contact list persons’ names and email addresses only for the purposes of sending this one-time email. 

 

4. Collection and Use of Information by Third Parties.
